Current options for BPT training include the marathon boot camp training classes where a huge amount of information is shared over several days. These are great for exposure to product, but how much is retained?
The popular vendor Lunch 'n Learn sessions with vendors are great for new products but many times, they are not the best for practical basic training.
I offer continuous classes in 60-70 minute sessions which offer practical insights from someone who has been in the trenches over 40 years. The classes can be taken over time when the employee is ready. We start with the very basics and continue on through specific product groups.

This Learning Management System allows your employee continuous training. We will remind and coordinate with you and your employee to schedule upcoming classes. and we will monitor their progress through the classes.
Each training class will be conducted live on Zoom and will include handouts as well as a follow-up quiz to reinforce their understanding.
Who's doing all this training?
My name is Rob Groll. I've been in the bearing and power transmission business for over 40 years. I have owned and managed several successful bearing companies and have always personally trained all of my own employees. My employee training method focuses on practical information that your employees can actually use in their day-to-day jobs. I also believe that the training classes I provide will enable them to better utilize the existing information available today from digital sources.
